TIRES & WHEELS
Inspect for wear weekly. Confirm swivel wheels click locked before each use. Contact us for authorized
replacement tires.
BRAKES
Brake pedal should engage and stay locked. If it doesn’t hold reliably, discontinue use and contact us
immediately
FABRIC & UPHOLSTERY
Clean with damp sponge and mild soap only. No bleach or harsh chemicals. Dry fully after rain exposure to
prevent mold.immediately
LUBRICATION
Use silicone-based spray on pivot joints only. Never use grease or oil. Do not lubricate brake pads or tire
surfaces.
Stop Use Immediately If You Notice
Visible cracks or deformation in the frame
• A wheel that doesn’t lock or wobbles excessively
• Brakes that won’t stay engaged
• Harness buckles that don’t click closed or release unexpectedly
• Any loose, missing, or abnormally noisy component
Send Your Unit for Repair
Contact us to receive an RMA number before shipping. Remove all personal items and accessories. Pack
securely and include a description of the issue.
