Clinical Evaluation
Schedule an evaluation with a physician, physical therapist (PT), or occupational therapist (OT). Required documentation includes a prescription, Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), and clinical evaluation notes.
Prescription + Medical Documentation
Your provider documents medical need, explains why existing mobility equipment is not sufficient, and identifies functional goals and safety needs.
Work With a DME Provider
A licensed Durable Medical Equipment supplier verifies insurance benefits, collects documentation, and submits prior authorization.
Insurance Review
Insurance or Medicaid reviews medical necessity, documentation completeness, and policy eligibility.
Delivery and Training
If approved, the device is configured, delivered, and caregiver training is provided.
