Warranty Scope
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
EmpowerRide warrants the NAVIGATOR to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 60 months
from the date of original purchase under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or use beyond the specified weight capacity.
- Unauthorized modifications or use of non-EmpowerRide components.
- Repairs or service performed by unauthorized providers.
- Damage resulting from accidents, transportation, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear, including tires and upholstery.
- Use outside of intended conditions, including commercial or rental use.

This warranty reflects the expected service life of the device under normal use conditions and meets the minimum three-year lifetime requirement for durable medical equipment.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance
- Our device is designed and tested to meet applicable international standards for medical mobility equipment, including ISO and ANSI/RESNA wheelchair performance and safety requirements.
- EmpowerRide is registered with the FDA as a medical device and is developed in alignment with regulatory requirements for labeling, reporting, and long-term durability expected of durable medical equipment.
