Prescription Device Notice
The NAVIGATOR may be dispensed by or on the order of a licensed physician (21 CFR 801.109). Prescription
device returns are subject to additional federal regulations detailed below.
30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is in its original,
unused condition with all components and packaging included.

Requirements
Unused, original packaging, all accessories included, proof of purchase
Within 30 days. Written authorization from prescribing physician required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, contaminated, or visibly worn products
- Products damaged by misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modification
- Items returned after 30 days from purchase
- Products repaired by unauthorized service providers
- Commercial or leased-use units
- Hygiene accessories (harness pads, seat covers)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at or with your order number and reason for return.
Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 5 business days if eligible.
Pack the product securely with the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship to: EmpowerRide LLC, 18874 Patrick Ave, Elkhorn, NE 68022.
Note
Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 10–15 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless due to a manufacturing defect
